To register and maintain an active account on Andara88, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility requirements:
Age Verification: Andara88 is legally obligated to verify the age of all account holders. We may request government-issued identification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and may result in account closure. Misrepresentation of age is a serious offence and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Andara88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
Andara88 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. All account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply by payment method and are communicated on the deposit interface.
All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Andara88 targets the following withdrawal processing times: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire within 15–60 minutes. These are target times only and may be subject to variation during periods of high demand or technical maintenance.
Andara88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside our control. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to network fees charged by the respective blockchain network.
Andara88 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral programmes, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms.
All games and wagering products available on the Andara88 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any inconsistency relating to game mechanics, payouts, or specific bet types. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Andara88 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

This licence does not permit: (a) reproduction, redistribution, or resale of any Platform content; (b) use of any Andara88 trademark, logo, or branding without prior written consent; (c) scraping, data mining, or harvesting of Platform data; or (d) framing or mirroring of any part of the Platform on any other website or service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Andara88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including gambling losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
Andara88 makes no warranty that the Platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
Gambling Losses: Andara88 is not liable for gambling losses sustained by Users in the course of lawful gambling activity on the Platform. All wagering is undertaken voluntarily at the User's own risk. Gambling involves chance, and no outcome is guaranteed.
By You: You may close your Andara88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance (net of applicable bonus requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following KYC verification.
By Andara88: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, regulatory requirement, or conduct that we determine is harmful to the Platform, other Users, or third parties.
Upon termination for cause, Andara88 reserves the right to withhold any balances pending investigation. Where a balance is due to be returned following legitimate account closure, payment will be processed within 5–10 business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Andara88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Malaysian Users acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local laws in Malaysia and that it is each User's personal responsibility to determine the legal status of online gambling in their jurisdiction prior to use. Andara88 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
Andara88 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time.
